Prices
Quantity based pricing is available as shown in this price book. To qualify for this discount, items must be ordered in the minimum quantity shown. Items cannot be combined to determine quantity basis. All orders are subject to prices and terms in effect at the time of shipment.
Minimum Order
Our minimum order amount is $100.00.
Freight
Shipments are made F.O.B. New Rochelle, NY. Free shipping will be allowed on orders of $700.00 or more within the continental U.S. IVY Classic reserves the right to ship via the least expensive route. For orders under $700.00 the freight charge will be capped at 7% when shipped within the continental U.S.
Back Orders
When merchandise on back order becomes available products will be shipped at our expense. Back orders less than $25.00 will be automatically cancelled.
Payment Terms
Net 30 days. Net amount must be paid within 30 days from the invoice date. Past due accounts are subject at our discretion to a 1.5% per month service charge.
Shortage or Damage
Any overage, shortage or damage must be reported within 5 days from receipt of shipment. We will assist in the filing of claims to a transportation company for any losses incurred.
Returned Goods
All merchandise to be returned must have our prior authorization. Return transportation charges must be prepaid and the items being returned must be new and in their original condition without any markings.
Digital Price Book
Please contact us for a copy of this price list on a disk. The digital file, containing all our product and UPC code information, is available to download into your computer system.

Warranty
IVY Classic products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by abuse, misuse or alteration.

If you are not completely satisfied with any new IVY Classic product, please advise us within 90 days of purchase, and we will gladly exchange the product or issue a full credit at your request. Buy with complete confidence.
