Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is $100.00.
What if a product is back ordered?
As soon as that product becomes available it will be shipped to you with no shipping charges.
Back orders less than $25.00 will be automatically canceled.

Shipping
What is the shipping cost?
There is FREE shipping on orders over $700.00. On orders under $700.00
the shipping is capped at 7% of the total cost of the order when shipped within
the continental United States.
What if there is a shortage or damage occurred during shipping?
Any problems must be reported within 5 days from receipt of shipment.
Please save all packing materials and documentation and contact our Customer Service Department at 914-632-8200.
We will assist in the filing of claims to the transportation company for any losses incurred.
Warranty
Are your products warranted?
Yes, all IVY Classic products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse, misuse, alteration or the wear and tear of normal use.
