California's Proposition 65 requires California consumers to be given special warnings for certain products. IVY Classic is providing the following short form warning for products requiring Proposition 65 warning labels on our products, on our website and in our upcoming catalog:
WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm - www.p65warnings.ca.gov
Description of above warning:
When the color yellow is used elsewhere on the label, the hazard symbol must have a black exclamation point in a yellow triangle with a bold, black outline. If the color yellow is not used elsewhere on the label, the symbol may be black and white. This symbol must be placed in front of and be no smaller than the word WARNING, which is required to be bold and in all capital letters. The hazard symbol and WARNING prefaces the actual Proposition 65 Warning statement. The type size of this warning format must be as large as the other consumer product information on the label, and never smaller than 6-point type.
For businesses selling IVY Classic products into the State of California through the internet or a catalog, the following applies:
California’s Office of Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has issued new Proposition 65 Warning Regulations that went into effect on August 30, 2018.

For California Internet Purchases: (see Section 25602 paragraph b)
For internet purchases, a warning the same as the short form warning above must also be provided by including either the warning or a clearly marked hyperlink using the word “WARNING” on the product display page, or by otherwise prominently displaying the warning to the purchaser prior to completing the purchase. A warning is not prominently displayed if the purchaser must search for it in the general content of the website.
For California Catalog Purchases: (see Section 25602 paragraph c)
For catalog purchases, a warning the same as the short form warning must also be provided in the catalog
in a manner that clearly associates it with the item being purchased.
